Solcana is now requiring proof of vaccine for all members.
We are asking members to submit their vaccine status to us by September 13th, 2021.
Please complete the below google form and upload a photo of your vaccination card. After the deadline we will reach out to you to let you know to complete this step before you can return to in-person classes.
Online-only members are not required to do this but you are invited to if you have a desire to do in-person classes at some point in the future.
If you are a new member who has already shown your vaccine card during the intake process, you do not need to do this additional step.
Only Hannah and Abby will have access to the photos. You can black out anything on the card you do not wish us to see, we just need to see your name and the dates of vaccination.
