Indoor Event 1

For all in-person events, we will be testing during class on Thursday and Friday. You may attempt both days and submit your best score. 

 

Event 1: 1 RM Clean

The clean must begin with the bar on the floor and end in a standing position with both hands on the bar and bar resting on the shoulders. 

The movement can be a full clean or power clean, both are acceptable. 

Once the bar starts moving it must continue moving. You must stand up all the way before dropping the bar. 

You have 15 minutes to complete this event. Once you go up in weight you cannot go back down. Make sure a judge is watching your reps!

 


Virtual Event 1

For all virtual events, we will be testing at the beginning of each class on Thursday and Friday online. You may attempt both days and submit your best score. 

 

Event 1: Max Plank Hold

For the max plank hold you must start with forearms and toes on the floor. 

Your hips should be in line with your shoulders. 

If your hips raise or drop, the timer stops. 

You get one attempt at this plank hold and your time is scored in seconds.
