The Solcana Spring Challenge is beginning February 3rd.
I want to tell you a little more about it, but if you want to cut to the chase you can sign up right here.
For this years challenge we will test a spicy little workout we concocted, then spend a cycle training those specific skills, followed by a retest on April 3rd. The workout is designed to be an opportunity to test strength, gymnastic skills, and your cardio engine — all in just 15 minutes.
Entry is $10.
We’ll process your payment via Wodify. All the entry money will go towards purchasing prizes (Best Overall, Most Improved, Spirit of the Challenge) and any left over will go to the Solcana Scholarship.
We’ll be testing the workout and working on those skills in regular class time, so you don’t have to do anything but sign up and come to class.
