Postpartum πŸ‘ΆπŸ½

A 5-week program for folks who have given birth at any point, and want to build strength through intentional movement. Trans bodies welcome. Classes start February 3rd and are Mon at 11 AM. For more info and to sign up: www.solcanafitness.com/postpartum
