Emily Field RD has been unofficially partnered with the Solcana community for the last year, as she works one-on-one with head coach and owner, Hannah, and many other members on their nutrition. Her non-traditional methods include behavior change coaching and flexible dieting by tracking macros so, when tailored around Solcana’s effective programming, her clients are getting stronger, feeling leaner and more confident. They’re ditching depriving behaviors, breaking up with nonsense food rules and finding food freedom through her coaching.

We are so excited to host Emily at Solcana on July 9th. Even though she works for her clients remotely online, she’ll be here in person to chat about Eating for Performance. Hey, we may not be elite athletes “going to the games” but we can certainly stand to have more energy for and recover better from our workouts by looking at our eating pattern. You’re not going to want to miss this discussion about pre and post workout nutrition – which real, whole foods you’ll want to emphasize or de-emphasize, how much you should have and what that looks like on your plate or in your bowl!

We’ll start promptly at 6:30 PM and this seminar will take the place of regular CrossFit class. Attendance is FREE and we will be sure to record the presentation so you can watch the replay if you’re not able to attend.
